SAP PP Consultant – Manufacturing & Planning
Location: Greater Toronto Area (On-site min. 3 days/week)
Term: 12 months + extensions
Role Summary:
HireKraft is seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant for a global manufacturing client implementing S/4HANA. You’ll focus on production‐planning, shop-floor execution and integration across manufacturing processes, with optional exposure to planning (IBP) workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support SAP PP configuration and rollout in S/4HANA.
- Translate Plan-to-Produce business requirements into effective SAP process designs (MRP Live, capacity planning, production orders).
- Integrate PP with MM for material availability and EWM for material staging; coordinate with QM for quality interfaces.
- Manage unit/integration/user-acceptance testing, data migration, cutover and post-go-live support.
- Conduct process workshops, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement.
- 5+ years' SAP PP experience with 2+ full lifecycle implementations.
- Deep knowledge of production planning, MRP, capacity planning, shop-floor execution in S/4HANA.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- SAP PP certification preferred.
Experience or exposure with SAP IBP or advanced planning/integration modules.
