As an SAP Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.</p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>Reporting to the SAP Functional Supervisor, the SAP Business Analyst helps identify business needs, design solutions, and validate their implementation to deliver the required improvements. They also contribute to daily support activities for super users to ensure optimal use of the SAP system.</p><p><b>Your Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Improve operational processes for the module under your responsibility</li><li>Analyze and document business rules and requirements for enhancements or changes</li><li>Configure, validate, and test new features in development and quality environments</li><li>Follow up with stakeholders involved in projects and development</li><li>Ensure the delivery of quality outputs within agreed timelines and budgets</li><li>Support super users and respond to application support requests</li><li>Participate in user training and updating training materials</li></ul><p><b>Your Profile</b></p><p><b>Technical Skills</b></p><ul><li>3 years of experience with SAP S / 4HANA and a strong understanding of processes related to your specialization (MM, PP, PM, QM)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Management (preferred) or other relevant education</li><li>Solid command of ABAP, Batch-Input, IDOC, RFC, OSS Notes, and Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Business acumen and analytical ability to optimize processes</li></ul><p><b>Behavioral Skills</b></p><ul><li>Initiative and autonomy to lead projects and propose improvements</li><li>Client-focused mindset to ensure solutions meet real needs</li><li>Teamwork and proactive collaboration with stakeholders</li><li>Strong planning and organizational skills to manage priorities and track tasks</li><li>Commitment to continuous improvement for process optimization and efficiency</li></ul><p><b>Why join us?</b></p><p>We value team spirit and innovation!
