Pay: $22.03 - $23.03 / hour
Plant location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:- Carry out the cleaning and sanitizing of production lines and equipment while respecting hygiene and sanitation procedures (e.G. conveyor, filler, floors, etc.)
- Perform housekeeping of production areas
- Perform housekeeping of offices, washrooms and lunchrooms.
- Ensure that all surfaces are clean for the start of production activities.
- Maintain internal and external cleaning of warehouse.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of water storage tanks as per company standard.
- Prepare products to carry out the cleaning of equipment, materials and structures
- Clean all surfaces following the sanitation methods described by the company
- Previous sanitation experience (an asset)
- The ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision is a must in this demanding position where frequent deadlines must be met.
- This position also requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
- Mechanically inclined/skilled would be preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
