The successful candidate will have a proven record of optimizing Marketing Cloud functionality. You will be responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of the platform which is used to send all communication to company contacts; including marketing, sales, and finance related communication.

You will work closely with the marketing team, internal business analysts, and technical architects to identify, develop, and deploy new and improved processes and capabilities.Key Accountabilities Serve as the primary Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.Maintain contact data between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.Prepare, test and deploy campaigns utilizing emails, workflows, landing pages, and forms.Design, build and maintain custom applications, content blocks and journey builder activities on the Marketing Cloud platform.Design, build and maintain customizations for integrating Marketing Cloud into other business applications.Collaborate with the Marketing team on account-based marketing strategies supporting our GTM motion.Work with functional business leads to define suitable processes to support operational, administrative, and change management activities related to Marketing Cloud.Adhere to subscriber data management, regional privacy laws and enable email sends within subscriber data management and regional privacy laws.Design dashboards and reports to analyze effectiveness of campaigns.Develop training and documentation to enable and support marketing team activities within Marketing Cloud.Skills/Qualifications3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing CloudCurrent Marketing Cloud Email Specialist / Marketing Cloud Administrator certification preferredProficient in Marketing Cloud ConnectExperience with Marketing Cloud data models, including Contact Model, Data Views and Data ExtensionsKnowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud data models.Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoptionStrong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and functionalityA documented history of successfully driving projects to completionA demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirementsPrevious experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferredExperience in planning, segmentation, targeting, execution, and analysis of marketing campaignsExcellent project management skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requestsCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsMust demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skillsMust demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationAbility to assess the impact of new requirements on Marketing Cloud and all interconnected applications, systems and processesAdditional AssetsWeb development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)AMPscript and SSJS scripting languagesMarketing Cloud SOAP and REST APIsAdditional Salesforce platform certificationsExperience with project management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience with building or maintaining integrations between different business systemsPerks and BenefitsComprehensive health benefits starting on day oneRRSP Matching Plan Variable Incentive Plan Mio-Days: We extend all three-day weekends to four-days and provide a Holiday Shutdown in December Virtual Healthcare Service providing employees and their families access to healthcare providers 24/7Internet subsidy and a remote work allowance Enhanced paternity and maternity leavesUnlimited vacation policyWellness offerings (Fitness, Mindfulness)
