We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will help customers choose the right phones, plans, and accessories while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.


Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable phones, plans, and accessories
  • Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service plans clearly
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Process sales transactions, upgrades, and exchanges accurately
  • Set up phones and assist customers with basic device configuration
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays
  • Maintain a clean store including closing and opening duties
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
  • Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and technology
  • Follow store policies and procedures


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (retail experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Goal-oriented, reliable, and professional
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
