TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Building Materials
Compensation: ~$100K + Paid Travel + Benefits + RRSP Matching

Territory: Okanagan & Kootenays

Are you a relationship-driven sales pro ready to take ownership of a thriving territory?

We're working with a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium building materials that's built its reputation on innovation, sustainability, and top-tier customer service. They're growing their BC team and need a self-motivated Territory Sales Representative who thrives on building strong partnerships with retailers, contractors, and builders.

What You'll Be Doing:

Growing sales by partnering with retailers and channel partners
Training and supporting dealer sales teams to help them win more business
Building lasting relationships with contractors and builders in your territory
Conducting site visits and providing tailored, value-driven solutions
Collaborating with an energetic, supportive team to exceed targets

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience in building materials, tools, or a related industry
Experience working with channel partners or retailers
Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, organized, and driven to succeed
A track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets
