Sales Representative


We are a marketing agency specializing in working with dental practices, offering services such as Website Design, Google Ads, Facebook Management, and more.

Our goal is to help clients attract high-quality patients through tailored marketing campaigns.


Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and understanding their marketing needs.


Job Details

·         Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

·         Salary: $60,000–$70,000 a year 


·         Hours: 40 per week.

·         Schedule: Monday to Friday


·         Location: Mississauga (Onsite)

·         Proposed Resumption date: October 21st, 2024



·         Commission on sales up to 50% + recurring revenue up to 2.5%

+ Salary (OTE – 100K to 200K)


·         Travel is included, between 10 – 16 weeks a year

Duties And Responsibilities


·         You will be responsible for generating leads

·         Engaging with potential clients, and


·         Promoting our marketing services to dental practices.

·         Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships


·         Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

·         Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule


·         Keep abreast of the best practices and promotional trends

·         Continuously improve through feedback


Qualifications, Requirements and Skills.

·         College or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.


·         Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

·         Excellent interpersonal skills


·         Excellent selling and negotiation skills

·         Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly


·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all organizational levels.


·         Skilled in both oral and written communication.

·         Results-oriented mindset with robust analytical skills.


·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

·         Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism


·         Knowledge of the dental industry or healthcare marketing (preferred)

·         Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.


·         Public speaking is a plus!.
