Rotation 1: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Rotation 2: 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
*Shifts are subject to change based on operational needs.
Benefits:
Three-month probationary period.

Job Summary:
Carbon Less Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic in-office team. This part-time role involves supporting sales processes, booking appointments, and contributing to marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate a strong understanding of what it takes to thrive in a sales and marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist in processing sales while ensuring compliance with company protocols.
- Conduct outbound calls to book appointments for sales representatives and confirm scheduled meetings with clients.
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM system with accuracy.
- Review and audit sales transactions to verify adherence to company standards and ensure successful outcomes.
3. Marketing Support:
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, creating content, and executing marketing initiatives.
- Provide support with online marketing strategies to drive company growth.
4. Administrative Assistance:
- Perform general office tasks to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Troubleshoot minor software or office system issues as needed.
- Assist in coordinating customer service and installation tasks as required.
- Handle client communication via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize proper email etiquette for written correspondence with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (speaking, writing, and correspondence) with a North American accent.
- Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven ability to handle sales-related tasks and contribute to marketing efforts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM tools and minor troubleshooting.
- Marketing Experience (Preferred): Background in social media management, content creation, or online marketing is an asset.
Other Requirements:
- Permanent resident or Canadian citizenship status is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are considered a bonus for the future scope of the role.

Interview Process:
First Interview (15 minutes, online): A brief introduction to assess the candidate’s basic suitability for the role.
Second Interview (30 minutes, in-office): A more detailed conversation to evaluate skills and experience, revisit key points from the first interview, and provide the candidate with an opportunity to experience their potential work environment.
