Overview:
Lusis Payments, a leader in mission-critical software for the financial services industry, seeks a Sales Manager, North America. This role will drive business growth by leading sales efforts across the region, targeting large financial institutions, credit card processors, and e-commerce companies. The ideal candidate brings expertise in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of payment processing, and a proven ability to engage with C-suite executives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth, focusing on large banks, credit card processors, and e-commerce businesses.
  • New Business Development: Identify and close new opportunities, building a robust pipeline while adapting to market trends.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, positioning Lusis Payments as the preferred provider.
  • Partnerships: Cultivate strategic alliances to enhance market reach and drive co-selling opportunities.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Own sales forecasts, track performance, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with product and marketing teams to align efforts with sales objectives.
  • Negotiation: Lead complex sales cycles and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
  • Deal Size & Velocity: Increase average deal size and reduce sales cycle time.
  • Client Retention: Retain key clients and increase their lifetime value through upselling.
  • Market Penetration: Expand Lusis Payments’ footprint in North American markets.
  • Partnerships: Develop and manage key partnerships to drive revenue.
  • Cost of Sales: Optimize customer acquisition costs while maintaining growth.


 


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales, focusing on financial institutions and e-commerce.
  • Deep knowledge of payments, transaction processing, and digital payment solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
  • Strong C-level relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
  • Ability to travel as needed.


 

Preferred Experience:


  • Experience with large North American banks, credit card networks, or top e-commerce companies.
  • Background in payment systems, card issuing/acquiring, or FinTech.
  • Expertise in payment software solutions.
