Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between sales representatives and management, ensuring that all sales activities run smoothly and efficiently. The goal is to facilitate the team’s efforts to maximize performance and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate Sales Activities: Manage schedules, research clients, maintain client records, and communicate relevant information to the sales team.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities (preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts), respond to client inquiries, follow up with client, and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
  • Team Monitoring: Track the team’s progress, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements to processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations team to ensure alignment and provide a clean hand-off. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on services and sales techniques. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales; previous roles as a sales coordinator or in administrative positions are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software.
