Salary:

Mobilia, a leader in contemporary home furnishings, is looking for a Sales Consultant, to join our team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Sales Consultant will demonstrate ambition and entrepreneurship, allowing him/her to perform in a competitive and dynamic environment. He/she will guide and influence clients in selecting furniture and accessories that will match their style and personality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services
  • Participate in product merchandising
  • Participate in the cleanliness of the store
  • Assist in maintaining the professional image and design of Mobilia
  • Perform other duties as required (research trends, market knowledge, customer follow-up, etc.)

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales combined with knowledge of interior design and/or fashion industry
  • Ability to listen
  • Ability to demonstrate curiosity and empathy
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English (oral and written)
  • Interior design background or education is a requirement
