About the Role:As a Sales Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients who may be interested in our professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and home maintenance services. Your goal is to book free estimates for our team using a provided script. There are no set hours—work when it’s convenient for you!
Compensation:100% Commission-Based
+$20 for every booked estimate!
The more calls you make, the more you earn! This is a great role for someone who wants flexible, performance-based income.
What You’ll Be Doing:Calling potential clients using a provided list
Following a simple, proven script to schedule free estimates
Booking as many estimates as possible to maximize earnings
Keeping track of scheduled estimates and reporting back to the team
Strong communicators – You should be comfortable speaking clearly and confidently over the phone.
Motivated & goal-oriented – You enjoy hitting targets and earning commissions.
Self-disciplined – You can manage your own schedule and stay consistent.
Persuasive but friendly – You know how to build rapport and handle objections.
