Position Overview
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to:

• Provide access to high-intent leads who are already looking for coverage.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom, email or phone)
• Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications
• Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring excellent service

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in any client-facing role (customer service or sales) – not required but a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive, professional, and reliable work ethic
• License in life and health insurance, if not – we assist in application
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to commit full time
• Authorized to work in Canada or US
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely with a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection
