Sales Associate (CSR)

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills and sales acumen to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
– Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner
– Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs
– Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
– Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
– Provide technical sales support for complex products
– Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and sales tasks

Experience
– Proficiency in English language
– Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus
– Ability to conduct product demos effectively
– Familiarity with technical sales processes
– Strong sales skills with a proven ability to sell products or services
– Experience in cash handling is preferred
– Prior experience in customer service roles demonstrating excellent customer interaction
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.46-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Serving It Right (preferred)
