Full-Time Opportunities: Monday-Friday (11:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.) & Saturday -Sunday (12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. (optional))

Weekly Compensation: $500.00-$1,000.00 (average pay) (details disclosed at interview)

We are excited to announce an opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue and providing exceptional customer service. This entry-level position offers paid training and development opportunities for career growth within the company. We are adding 3 new team members to the team and are looking for superstars that are interested in growth & becoming part of our family.

Role: – Ability to work with a team and lead them to meet monthly targets.- Attend daily sales/training meetings.- Speak with and share campaign information with customers/donors and/or connecting them with client products and services.- Handle all customer inquiries, reservations and confirmations.- Work closely with members of the team to analyze and address their in-office/in-field needs.- Train members of staff on sales systems.- Handle general office duties.- Process applications.- Use Andriod Systems.- Accept credit card and debit payments.- File paperwork daily.- Follow up with all paperwork.

Typical Day:

As a member of our team, you will be growing sales, representing our clients and building your success by knocking on the residential doors of potential customers, evaluating their needs, and connecting them with our clients’ programs.

The ideal candidate must:– A team player.- Be enthusiastic, energetic, dynamic and outgoing.- Be a people person and demonstrate strong customer service skills.- Be professional in appearance and demeanor.- Have excellent communication and business writing skills. – Have a strong command of the English language.- Have strong communication skills with attention to detail.- Be responsible and reliable.- Have effective decision-making abilities.- Be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.- The resilience to deal with customers who turn you down.- Be a hard worker, quick learner and teachable.- Be organized.- Be punctual.
