We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their HVAC needs, and providing tailored solutions. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!
The position will directly support our outside sales team by preparing sales documentation, submittal drawings and supporting projects through our release process.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver detailed sales release documents to production

  • Track sales metrics and report on progress to management regularly.
  • associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
