Trimax Employment is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales team at our Etobicoke office. We are actively searching for dynamic, focused, driven, self-motivated, and passionate individuals to collaborate with.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand existing leads.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Promote the company effectively to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Foster long-term and trustworthy relationships with clients.
  • Proactively explore new business opportunities in the market.
  • Expand existing staffing clients and acquire new staffing clients.
  • Organize candidate and client update meetings with managers and upper management.
  • Generate reports as needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Performance-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
  • Must possess excellent client service skills.
  • Marketing or Operational experience preferred (1-2 years).
  • Ability to analyze, strategize, and independently execute tasks.
  • Highly proficient in computer and smartphone usage.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong call-handling skills.


Pay range: $18/hr – $21/hr + Commissions.
Cellphone and laptop will be provided.
Vacation pays.



Timing: – 9am- 5pm (Mon- Fri)
