About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our client sales team. Are you persistent, independent, patient, understanding, and the most competitive person you know? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity that has a very good compensation structure? Are you looking to join a young, dynamic team with flat hierarchies?



Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking Introductory calls to qualify potential new clients and consulting with them.
  • Understand clients needs, position package that helps solve their problems.
  • Taking that Consultative Sales Approach & Closing the Deal!
  • Build full sales cycle prospect list during down time for ICP targets.
  • Following up with old leads you spoke to and effectively trying to close them.


Qualifications:

  • Transferable Sales Experience, B2B Preferred & High Ticket Closing
  • 2+ Years in Sales Required
  • Experience in Digital Marketing & eCommerce
  • Driven, competitive, and confident with consulting others and setting expectations
  • Must Love Sales & Have Great Communication, Perfect English, Organized, Mentality Fit
  • Proficiency in CRM management
  • Coachable — you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
  • Empathetic– can understand the client and relate with prospects
  • Team player — you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required

Structure and Compensation:

  • Fully Remote & Flexible Schedule
  • 20 – 30 Inbound Calls Per Week
  • $3,500 USD Base Salary
  • $1,000 – 4,000 USD in possible monthly commissions
