Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth: Partner with international agents to expand Hybrid X INCs logistics services.
Client Relations: Oversee communication and service for global customers and 3PL partners.
Team Building: Support hiring, training, and career development of logistics sales staff.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to TSA rules, industry laws, and company policies.
Sales Execution: Develop and drive strategies to meet sales goals in domestic and international logistics.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Logistics or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics sales, business expansion, or sales leadership.
Strong knowledge of TSA regulations and logistics compliance.
Leadership experience in managing sales teams.
Excellent communication skills in a global business environment.
Ability to multitask in a fast-moving industry.
Existing client network preferred.
Preferred:
Experience with international 3PL agents.
Expertise in both domestic and global logistics sales.
Additional certifications in sales or logistics.
Work Conditions:
In-office role with occasional travel for client meetings.
Salary & Perks:
$45,000 – $120,000 annually (based on skills and experience).
