Pay range: $50-68/hr incorp
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with expertise in SailPoint and ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of IAM processes, including access provisioning, approval workflows, and role mining.
- Hands-on experience with requirements methodologies such as Object Orientation, Use Cases, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Agile, and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in data modeling, business process modeling, and user interface design.
- Experience with authentication and authorization, including Entra ID/Azure SSO, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Conditional Access Control.
- Understanding of cloud identity (IDaaS) for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, and other IAM-related technology stacks.
- Knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, CMM, and audit requirements.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, or CISSP (preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with financial institutions or other highly regulated industries.
- Previous experience in security risk assessments and compliance monitoring.
Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a SailPoint Business Systems Analyst to support identity and access management (IAM) initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will focus on SailPoint and ServiceNow solutions, data remediation, security compliance, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive IAM experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise in role-based access control and compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners and application teams to explain the IAM onboarding process and document requirements.
- Ensure data remediation efforts, including orphan account management, role creation, and segregation of duties, are successfully implemented in SailPoint IIQ.
- Provide consultative services to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Identify and report security risks, aligning with enterprise security policies.
- Participate in internal and external audits, monitoring and coordinating action plans.
- Act as the primary escalation point for IAM onboarding issues, troubleshooting problems efficiently.
- Assist with test case writing and execution, including FST, UAT, OAT, and PIV testing.
- Contribute to project planning and management across multiple IAM initiatives.
- Continuously suggest and document process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.
