Function: Environmental, Health & Safety Job Summary: The Safety Coordinator is responsible for helping to advance a culture of safety excellence where everyone is engaged, empowered, and innovative in cultivating a workplace that promotes the health, safety, and security of our employees, contractors, and visitors. Reporting on-site to the EHS Supervisor, this position has a significant impact on the personal health, safety, and culture of the facility. You will be accountable for overseeing and coordinating the site's occupational safety programs and initiatives. Major Responsibilities : Support the strategic vision for safety performance and culture and develop meaningful actions required to achieve and/or improve that vision.Instruct and consult on occupational safety matters and serve as a subject matter expert for safety-related activities. Salary The estimated base pay for this position is typically between $72,900.00 - $96,200.00. The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
