<p>Job Overview:</p><p>We are seeking skilled Subcontractors to join our team. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing various slopped roofing projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Perform tasks such as tear off, clean up, and shingle applicating.</p></li><li><p>Carpentry skill set required for potential re-sheeting or fascia removal and installation </p></li><li>Utilize hand tools to complete assigned tasks </li><li>Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required </li><li>Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and regulations </li><li>Utilization of pneumatic tools required for shingling and sheeting.</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Proven experience with roof installation, carpenter, or in a similar role </li><li>Proficiency in fall arrest, supervising for safety. </li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle hand tools effectively </li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship </li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team</li></ul><p>Bonus:</p><p>Certainteed Master Craftsman Certificate</p><p>Fall Arrest</p><p>First Aid</p><p>(will provide certificate training to the right candidate)</p><p>Pay will not be hourly, will be by the square rate per job.
