Job Description

Job Description

I have a completed a home design for a lot, which I've indicated below, on Revit 2026 that I would like marketing renderings for. Potentially 3D floor plans, 2-exterior renderings and/or a fly around, and 2-3 interior room renderings. I can share the Revit project file and am open to any rendering software application.

I'm hoping to hire on a fixed contract basis.

This is the google earth coordinates (53°ree;33'53"N 114°ree;07'35W) This is the google earth link: "https://earth.google.com/earth/d/1tfE8zUO-RBu3aelaHn9d28bWt4paRa5O?usp=sharing . In both the interior and exterior renderings I'd like to portray the trees and privacy. Every room in the plan has a view. For example, if we rendered a kitchen view we are not only showing a huge kitchen with a massive island but I want viewers to immerse themselves into the plan and appreciate the views and settings as they go about their daily routine. In this case maybe a view from standing where the fridge is so you can see out both windows. The other marketable amenity would be the accordion doors out to the covered rear deck. I drew a wood burning stove in the great room but I'm not hung up on the idea. The concept I was toiling with was a large screen TV and a floating wood burning stove set against a textured feature wall back drop with a minimalistic appeal incorporating an area to store split wood as part of the vision. I have two generous windows in the Master Bedroom. Every moment you are in this room I want it to feel like you are in the forest. Price point is a major factor in designing this house. The focus is on a comfortable practical plan that is simple to construct and takes 110% advantage of the treed lot setting with all the windows. The theme or style for both the interior and exterior would be a charming modern farmhouse. I would use horizontal siding and strategically use vertical siding to create interest. The exterior stone work I imagine being an earthy tone dry stack ledgestone. Thanks!
