Position Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of RAVEN Moto at our flagship store in Mississauga, ON — helping riders find the perfect gear, delivering exceptional service, and building memorable connections with our community. This role is perfect for someone who’s enthusiastic about motorcycles, loves helping people, and wants to grow with a fast-paced, high-energy brand.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience
• Provide knowledgeable advice on gear fit, features, protection, and style to match each rider’s needs
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets
• Stay informed on promotions, new product arrivals, and brand updates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling retail environment
• Support day-to-day operations including merchandising, visual displays, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Assist with receiving shipments, organization, and conducting cycle counts
• Accurately process sales and manage orders using POS and inventory systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates and leadership to meet brand objectives

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, professional, and great at connecting with people
• Passion for motorcycles or riding culture is a big plus
• Available on weekends and during peak shopping times
• Basic computer and smartphone skills (use of Microsoft applications)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer interactions
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Preference will be given to candidates that have experience in riding motorcycles

Schedule:
Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekdays, Weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Work days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
