THIS POSITION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS.

Located in the Meadowvale area of Mississauga, our client has an immediate opening for a Retail Key Holder to work at their storefront location.

Looking for someone who has a flexible schedule and can work up to 5 shifts per week including weekends.

Store Hours: 11AM – 6PM – shifts will vary between 4-7 hours Saturday: 10AM-5

As the Keyholder you can be expected to receive 4-5 shifts per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objective
  • Store opening and closing procedures

Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Keyholder experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
