Restaurant Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated restaurant staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Duties

• Food preparation:
• Prepare and chop fresh vegetables and garnishes like tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and cucumbers.
• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers with menu items and answer any questions they may have.
• Take and process customer orders efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
• Food Assembly:
• Assemble shawarma wraps and platters to customer specifications.
• Ensure portion sizes are consistent and visually appealing.
• Maintaining Cleanliness:
• Keep the kitchen and service area clean and organized at all times.
• Regularly sanitize cooking tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Dispose of waste and food scraps in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Stocking and Inventory:
• Help restock ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring nothing runs out during peak hours.
• Report low inventory to supervisors or managers.

Requirements

• Arabic and English are required!
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
