RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER – Our Client is looking to engage a full time Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio of properties primarily located east of the Don Valley Parkway. Candidates must have three or more years of residential management experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office and Yardi Property Management systems is required. A certification in property management is an asset.
Candidates must have a vehicle and valid drivers license. Proficient communication skills both written and verbal is required coupled with a sound understanding of the day to day operations of a residential building and common areas.
