Residential Leasing Specialist

Kingsley Management Inc is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Residential Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Residential Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing residential properties, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Market and advertise residential properties to attract potential tenants.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings and tours.
• Evaluate tenant applications, conduct background checks, and verify references.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements.
• Collect and process rental applications, security deposits, and rental payments.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting property inspections as needed.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leases and tenant communications.
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient and effective tenant communication and management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential leasing processes and tenant relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools.
• Flexible work hours; must be available for weekends and evenings for showings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
