Residential Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition, notifying management when supplies need replenishing.
• Adhere to schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in house cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional focus.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when needed.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture or equipment.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites (if applicable).
