We are a growth orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.</b><br><br>MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Building Resident Manager (two-person team) for one of our properties in Kingston. This great, full-time opportunity includes apartment benefit, health benefits, and training.<br><br><b>Physical Duties Daily:</b><ul><li>Check life safety systems, complete fire log book</li><li>Inspect boiler and electrical rooms and supply inventory</li><li>Inspect parking levels and exterior grounds</li><li>Inspect floors and grounds and list deficiencies</li><li>Clean, mop, and clear debris from refuse chute</li><li>Clean all elevator landings, lobby, back lobby/moving room, laundry room, parking level entrances, elevators, equipment</li><li>Exterior clean up</li><li>Complete snow logs in the winter season</li><li>Change garbage bins in the compactor room</li><li>Clean vacant suites</li><li>Complete maintenance in vacant suites</li><li>Review and complete requests for repairs</li><li>Administrative Duties Daily</li><li>Collect and process rental payments</li><li>Take cheques to the bank</li><li>Co-ordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and contractors on approved P.O.s</li><li>Update in-suite maintenance schedule</li><li>Process all correspondence</li><li>Prepare P.O.s for approval by the Property Manager</li><li>Receive P.O.s for work completed</li><li>Send completed P.O.s to AP</li><li>Answer tenant inquiries</li><li>Filing documentation</li><li>Prepare and complete incoming and outgoing inspections</li><li>Deliver tenant notices</li><li>Tenant communications</li><li>Lift up to 50 lbs</li></ul><b>What MetCap offers:</b><ul><li>Competitive full-time salary</li><li>Mobile phone</li><li>Health benefits package</li><li>Annual bonuses</li><li>Training will be provided for all areas of responsibility</li><li>Opportunity for career development</li><li>Preferred Requirements</li><li>Cleaning experience</li><li>Maintenance skills</li><li>Customer service skills</li><li>Ability to perform in a team environment</li><li>Strong maintenance and customer service skills are an asset</li></ul><i>We thank all those who apply, but only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.</i><br><br><b>MetCap Living Management Inc. is committed to accommodating applicants’ needs in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and under the Ontario Human Rights Code throughout the selection process.
