Reporting Specialist

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Key Responsibilities:Perform data gathering and entry tasks accurately and timely according to team production standards.Execute standard data entry tasks, ensuring minimum production and accuracy standards are met.Record data from one source to another, inspecting for completeness, accuracy, and potential processing issues.Maintain great attention to detail in a tedious and repetitive work environment.Follow job aids and instructions with strong reading comprehension.Utilize Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel) for data entry tasks, including mail merging.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations.Preferred Qualifications:Previous work experience with FINTRAC reporting.Experience in the banking and/or insurance industry.Tech-savvy candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.We thank you for your interest in the position, however, only those who are qualified will be contactedInclusion and Equal Opportunity EmploymentOur client is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion; creating an inclusive environment where all team members and clients feel like they belong.
