Job Brief
The Repack Associate is responsible for repackaging food products from bulk or original packaging into retail-ready formats according to company and customer specifications. This role ensures accuracy, quality, and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate safely (MHE) end rider, walkie, forklift
  • Start of day setup duties
  • Scan raw material and finished goods to and from the cooler
  • Maintain work order paperwork
  • Enter this information into Ppro
  • Moderate operation of Giro packing equipment
  • Basic inventory and counts for packaging and fruits
  • End of day closing duties

Job Terms

  • Job Type: Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week, adjustment pending on business need
  • Probationary Period: 3 months or 480 hours, whichever longer
  • Work Location: 2501-A Stanfield Rd, Mississauga ON, L4Y 1R6
  • Shift Requirement: Must be flexible Monday to Friday and weekends if required
  • Compensation: $21 per hour
  • Benefits: Group Benefits entitlement upon completion of probation time

Qualifications

  • Valid MHE licence and 1-year operational experience preferred
  • Own car preferred
  • Work flexible shift
  • English and Spanish speaking preferred
  • Ppro experience preferred
  • WHSE and produce experience preferred
  • Packing equipment experience (Giro)
