Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
– Process rental agreements and collect payments
– Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
– Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
– Coordinate vehicle reservations and ensure availability
– Promote additional services and upgrades to customers
– Keep the rental office clean and organized
Experience:
– Full G Driving license ( Must)
– Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
– Ability to handle 50lb
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping
– Strong organizational skills to manage rental schedules and paperwork
– Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
– Providing a clear driving and police records
