Position: Release Train EngineerWorking Location: Remote but expected to work in EST time Zone We are looking for strong Lean Agile practitioners to play a Servant Leader and Release Train Engineer for our Large Scaled Agile Transformation. In this learning journey your role will be to mentor and coach the People on agile mindset and processes and supports teams in delivering value.

YOUR POWER PLAY ROLE : Showcase and enhance your Program coach competencies to build a high performing team of teams structure and work closely with the Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Product Managers Guide and mentor the Leaders & Change Agents on agile practices consistent with team standards and helping them achieve their commitments and objectives day to day, PI -to-PI and sprint-to-sprint. Empowered to Create and maintains physiological safety and team trust & live by Lean Agile Values Facilitate various ART events (ART sync, System Demos, and PI system demo) activities & represent ART in all Portfolio events for alignment.

Facilitate periodic synchronization events: manage PI risks and dependencies using the ROAM technique and ART planning board. Working with business owners to support economic decision-making for epics, facilitating feature estimation and guiding them on Lean Budgets and guardrails.

Using the program and portfolio management skillset, setup the dashboards that reflect predictability, quality and execution progress metrics for ART(s) Skilled to represent their ART in cross Art syncs and Solution syncs Mentoring SMs on agile mindset, ways of working and culture on continuous improvement, as needed in alignment with coaches and LACE guidelines Acting as servant leader to Remove roadblocks for ART as reported by the SMs and/or other team members, which could require cross ART collaboration or working with ART leads Improving the agile culture by coaching via gamifications, Kaizen, Agile maturity assessments and measuring – help ART to improve in Flow Delivery. Helping Agile teams and ART to Optimize Flow, Flow of Value and continuously improve to reduce cross team dependencies.

What you will need to Succeed : Minimum 10+ years of overall experience, with minimum of 6+ years as RTE and coach 5+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master in developing high quality software products Extensive experience of using modern agile management tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align and Confluence is highly desired Experience with CI/CD deployment of cloud solutions a strong plus Demonstrated experience delivering complex software initiatives and solutions on time and on budget Certified Release Train Engineer(SAFe- RTE certification) is must SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent certification from any international certification body Knowledge & experience on technical agility practices along with TDD, BDD, XP & automation is plus Experience running PI planning and ART events is must Extensive experience in Rally, Jira and Jira Align, creating structures in ALM tools and related dashboards to reflect the process and current state of the ART
