Registered Veterinary Technologist, Team Lead<br />Department: Emergency<br />Location: Victoria, BC<br />Salary Range: $36.00 to $42.00 (depending on experience)<br />Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Technologist with previous experience in leadership for our Team Lead role in our emergency service.<br />This will be a unique role, combining the excitement of Emergency care with the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated and hard-working Veterinary Technologists. This role will also work closely with our RVT-led leadership team, Medical Director, and other team leads.<br />Successful candidates will have experience leading a team, in addition to a desire to grow their skills, a positive teamwork-type attitude and a personality that can deliver exceptional customer service and communication skills. This position offers a combination of time working in the ER as well as administrative time with a daytime-focused schedule. Our team leads are on call for one of every four weeks to respond to concerns remotely.
