Overview
Registered Veterinary Technician - Leaside
Join to apply for the Registered Veterinary Technician - Leaside role at Juno Veterinary. This role is located in Toronto and is based out of our Leaside clinic. The position reports to the Practice Manager and Lead Registered Veterinary Technician.
In this role you will
- Utilize your veterinary technician license to the highest level
- Assessing patients
- Recording vitals and assisting doctors with diagnostics
- Monitoring patients and providing compassionate care
- Taking blood, placing catheters, assisting with radiography capture
- Preparing samples and running in-house labs
- Preparing and administering medications
- Collaborating closely with DVMs and coworkers
- Communicating with clients to educate them about their pets' health

Qualifications
- RV T degree with a license to practice in Ontario
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician/Technologist
- Enthusiasm for thinking outside of the box, tackling complex problems, and identifying new ways of doing things
- A passion for Juno Vet's mission to provide a superior veterinary experience for patients, clients and employees

Interview Process
- Discovery Video Call with Pamela D'Ippolito (45 minutes)
- Video Interview with Medical Operations team (45 minutes)
- In-clinic interview with PM & Lead RVT
