With plans for expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside us as we continue to build a thriving practice.</p><p>If you are passionate about providing quality care in a quiet, client-focused environment, we would love to hear from you</p><p>Who You Are:</p><ul><li>A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a recognized Alberta association.</li><li>Second-year massage therapy students are welcome to apply.</li><li>Self-motivated, professional, and reliable.</li><li>Committed to patient-centered care and holistic wellness.</li><li>Interested in working as an independent contractor in a supportive clinic environment.</li><li>Must carry your own professional liability and CGL insurance as per industry standards.</li></ul><p>Commission Structure:</p><ul><li>First 3 Months (Probation Period):</li></ul><p>Commission Split: 70% (You) / 30% (Clinic)<br><br>Cap: $500/month<br><br>Above Cap: Keep 100% of earnings beyond the cap.</p><ul><li>Months 4-12 (Year 1):</li></ul><p>Commission Split: 72.5% (You) / 27.5% (Clinic)<br><br>Cap: $750/month<br><br>Above Cap: Keep 100% of earnings beyond the cap.</p><ul><li>After 12 Months (Year 2):</li></ul><p>Commission Split: 75% (You) / 25% (Clinic)<br><br>Cap: $1,000/month<br><br>Above Cap: Keep 100% of earnings beyond the cap.</p><p>Let's support healing in our community — together.</p><p>Job Type: Fixed term contract<br><br>Contract length: 12 months</p><p>Pay: $56.00-$110.25 per hour</p><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wetaskiwin, AB T9A 0V2</p>
