We offer programs ranging from Infant to School age at various locations across the Durham Region.</p><p>Position: Registered Early Childhood Educator</p><p>Location: Ajax</p><p>Status: Full Time - Split Shift (example shift 7 am-10:30am, 2pm-6pm)</p><p>Hourly Rate: $25.50/hour plus $2/hour in a Provincial Wage Enhancement Grant for regular hours worked</p><p>What we need from you:</p><ul><li>A passion for working with children</li><li>Experience working with School Age children</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to gain the trust and respect of children and their parents</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally</li><li>Second Language is an asset</li><li>Demonstrated skills working as a team and enjoy a team environment</li><li>The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times</li><li>Experience in planning and implementing programs</li><li>1 – 3 years experience working in the child care field is preferred</li><li>A current (less than 6 months old) Criminal Check & Vulnerable Sector Search</li><li>CPR / First Aid Level C Certification</li><li>Up to date immunizations including 2 step TB (Tuberculosis) test</li></ul><p>Our Team members enjoy:</p><ul><li>A competitive compensation package; including eligibility for group benefits</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul><p>Join our team today</p><p>Only those applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
