We are looking for a Regional Service Mgr to oversee locations on the Western side of the province. <h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support Service Mgr with ops, budget, staff activities</li>
<li>Ensure adequate support for day-to-day tasks</li>
<li>Implement procedures consistently</li>
<li>Build relationships with all depts</li>
<li>Collaborate with suppliers for special allowances/warranties</li>
<li>Mentor/coach all service teams to promote consistency</li>
<li>Frequent travel to all locations in region</li>
<li>Analyze regional finances to ensure meeting/exceeding goals</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by the Director</li>
<li>Provide support with marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Develop, present, participating in training plans</li>
<li>Fill in when Service Mgr/Service Writer in region are away, or role is vacant</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years as a manager of high performing Service/Branch ops</li>
<li>Experience in the Ag industry</li>
<li>Proven experience leading/developing/motivating others</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, communication skills</li>
<li>Results-oriented, strong work ethic, analytical</li>
<li>Positive attitude, empathetic</li>
<li>Self-aware, high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)</li>
<li>Valid drivers licence, ability to travel & work flexible/extended hours</li>
