As one of Saskatchewan's Top Employers, 50 Most Engaged Workplaces and as a 100% Saskatchewan Co-operative, we offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.</em></p><p><em>We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Executive – Business and Residential in Yorkton, SK.</em></p><p><em>This position is responsible for acquisition of new commercial and residential customers and account management for maintenance and growth of existing customer verticals.</em></p><p><em>Main Duties include:</em></p><ul><li><em>Develop new customer relationships through regular customer contact as needed to drive sales. Prepare and deliver presentations to solicit new business.</em></li><li><em>Grow and retain sales by building personalized working relationships at multiple levels within our customers' organizations. Continuously identify new sales opportunities within the region.</em></li><li><em>Maintain strong customer relationships Visit customer locations to support existing accounts when in-person help is needed.</em></li><li><em>Provide bids, quotes, and follow up to customers as needed.</em></li><li><em>Meet or exceed sales and goals through customer interaction on usage needs and new product opportunities. Stay within revenue/margin guidelines for all volume requests and collaborate with Management in cases where pricing and margins are outside of the revenue/margin guidelines.</em></li><li><em>Communicate credit information and assist in the credit applications process with customers when applicable.</em></li><li><em>Document and update records on CRM to ensure customer details are maintained to white glove service standards.</em></li><li><em>Other duties as assigned.</em></li></ul><p><em>Competencies for Success:</em></p><ul><li><em>Telecommunications and technical sales experience at the commercial level.</em></li><li><em>A minimum three of years' experience in a sales role.</em></li><li><em>A solid understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP IP as related to business and client applications are preferred.</em></li><li><em>A strong understanding of company products and services would be an asset.</em></li><li><em>Advanced sales skills and experience are necessary.</em></li><li><em>Clear Criminal Record Check.</em></li></ul><p><em>The Benefits?</em></p><ul><li><em>Great Salary with unlimited commission potential</em></li><li><em>Outstanding Benefits Package, including Health, Dental and Vision.</em></li><li><em>Amazing staff discounts on all services.</em></li><li><em>Company matched Pension plan.</em></li><li><em>Ongoing training and development opportunities</em></li><li><em>Volunteer Opportunities We do good things in the community, and everyone here is a part of that.</em></li></ul>
