- Pay Rate: $48.69/hour (plus benefits and night premium)
- Location: Richmond, BC
- Shift: Day shift - 6 am to 2.30 pm
Afternoon shift - 2.30 pm to 11 pm
Night shift - 11 pm - 6 am - Job type: Permanent | Full-time

- Modify, repair, and replace machinery parts to maintain production capacity
- Inspect, lubricate, and perform preventative maintenance
- Handle changeovers, setups, and equipment adjustments
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and parts requirements
- Participate in major installations, start-ups, and improvement projects
- Take part in safety meetings and contribute to action plans
- Supervise outside contractors when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace while following safety procedures
- Be flexible to respond to off-hours maintenance needs
- Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright (preferred)
- 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing facility (corrugated, printing, or packaging an asset)
- Welding experience (an asset)
- Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and safety mindset
- Own tools and ability to work professionally under pressure
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
