Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for precision and keeping operations running smoothly?Adecco is currently hiring a full-time skilled Red Seal Millwright to join our client's team in Winnipeg, MB. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery - making sure production stays safe, efficient, and on track.
- Pay Rate: $39.02/hr + shift premium $ 2.75/hr
- Location: Winnipeg, MB
- Shift: Night shift Wed, Thur, Friday (7PM-7AM)
- Job type: Permanent | Full-time

- Modify, repair, or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity.
- Inspect, lubricate machine parts and determine future maintenance requirements
- Perform changeover, setup and adjustments on production equipment
- Participate in a safety meeting and contribute to a departmental safety action plan
- Participate in major projects, installations, and start-ups
- Read and interpret drawings and schematics to determine spare parts requirements
- Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows all safety procedures
- Ensure flexibility to respond to maintenance needs off-hours
- Supervise outside contractors when on-site
- 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing facility (corrugated, printing, packaging would be an asset)
- Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright preferred
- Welding experience would be an asset
- Good understanding of safety procedures
- Good analytical and attention to detail skill
- Must have own tools
- Ability to work professionally under pressure and meet deadlines
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
