Reporting to the Supervisor, Marketing & Recruitment, the incumbent assists with the creating of the college's recruitment plan for full-time and preparatory programs as well as apprenticeship pathways. In order to meet the goals established in the recruitment plan, the incumbent maintains a continuous up-to-date knowledge on all full-time programs and college services as well as providing proactive academic advisement to prospective students at on and off-campus events and appointments.</p><p>Through targeted relationship building with prospective students and key influencers including parents, teachers, Guidance Counselors, community partners and other college staff, the incumbent acts as an influential resource to maximize college enrolment in full-time programs. This includes operating with sensitivity towards the needs of diverse populations; local, regional and provincial direct and non-direct prospective students, their teachers, counselors, parents and community partner agencies.
