Role Overview:
As a Recruiting Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to connect with hiring professionals, build relationships, and facilitate introductions to help companies find top talent from our pre-screened talent pool.
Your success in this role will be directly tied to your ability to engage recruiters and match talent with relevant opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
Introduce and position our talent pool as potential hires for open roles.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to expand our hiring network.
Provide insights into market trends, hiring needs, and recruitment best practices.
Work independently with flexibility, while ensuring results-driven performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
Strong network within the recruitment and HR industry.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify and align talent with hiring needs effectively.
