Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical/un-technical and skilled trade roles in Canada and USA
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company values.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Skills
– Proven experience in recruitment, more specifically in Skilled Trades
– Strong understanding of recruitment
– Excellent ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
– Prior experience in sales within the staffing industry is an asset
Experience:
- 3+ years experience in the staffing industry
- 5+ years in recruitment including skill trades
