Overview:

Linxus Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced and innovative recruitment firm in our Kitchener office. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier technical talent for our diverse clientele. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Source potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, headhunting, networking events, job fairs, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruiting process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter in a recruitment firm.
• Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques for technical roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• Work from Kitchener office
