Job Description

You will be required to perform the function(s) of Purchaser. As such, some of the duties and responsibilities, but not limited to, are listed below:

· Entering parts in quantum.


· Re-check with technicians for discrepancies in parts list and quantities.

· Sourcing parts including entering quotes in quantum


· Sourcing chemicals and procure them as required.

· Establish new suppliers.


· Maintain approved vendor list and ensure vendors meet Aeropol’s Quality requirements

· Check with CMM for alternates parts or NHA’s.


· Check/Verify paperwork (trace and certs)

· Verify physically stock available when low.


· Negotiate prices with suppliers.

· Create Purchase Orders (get approvals/signatures)


· Place orders and expedite when necessary

· Follow up on “urgent” shipments


· Fill CC authorization forms as well as End User Statements

· Request extra paperwork if needed (any documentation after parts are received)


· Request RMA and return parts to Vendors when necessary.

· Purchase of cores when needed.


· Create Templates when required

· Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Management.
