<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>Job Summary</p><p>The Belleville Senators Promotions Team plays a vital role in creating an engaging and energetic atmosphere for fans at Belleville Senators home games. Promotion Team members work collaboratively in executing a variety of in-game activations throughout each Belleville Senators home game, including fan engagement activities and corporate partnership promotions both during stoppages in play and intermissions.</p><p><br /></p><p>Job Duties<br /></p><ul><li>Work collaboratively with the Manager, Content & Game Presentation, Game Producer, and In-Game Hosts to deliver high-impact in-game activations both on and off the ice.<br /></li><li>Prepare and execute in-game activities and sponsor activations.<br /></li><li>Identify enthusiastic fans to participate in in-game activations and provide clear instructions to ensure smooth and engaging participation.<br /></li><li>Distribute activation prizing as required.<br /></li><li>Assist in the set up and tear down of activations.<br /></li><li>Following the directions from the Producer and Promotions Crew Supervisor.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications<br /></p><ul><li>Ensure high attention to detail during activities and sponsored activations<br /></li><li>Lift heavy objects<br /></li><li>Able to stand for long periods of time<br /></li><li>Adapt to an ever-changing environment<br /></li><li>Take initiative<br /></li><li>Must be outgoing and able to talk to and interact with strangers<br /></li><li>Field questions and concerns from fans and direct them to the proper channels<br /></li><li>Must be able to multitask efficiently<br /></li><li>Able to work in a high-pressure environment</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Job Conditions<br />This position required regular evening and weekend work, as dictated by the Belleville Senators home game schedule for the season.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>We would like to thank all applicants for applying; however, only those applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
