Project Coordinator or Manager - Richmond

What is the job?

- Located at a busy high-end printing company, the Project Manager is a high level, big picture role that oversees numerous projects in motion at once.

- Coordinating with various departments to ensure accuracy and completion of orders and projects.

- Working with an internal database (similar to Microsoft Excel) and monitoring all active projects from conception to completion.

- Maintaining high-level or organization and practicing quick-thinking to problem solve any issues that may arise.

- Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.

- Monitoring all daily activities in relation to orders to ensure client satisfaction.

- Administrative duties relating to order management.

- Ad hoc duties as requested by upper management.



What you bring to the job?

- A minimum of 2+ years’ prior related experience required.

- Background in printing, advertising agency, or related field is required.

- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is required.

- Highly efficient, organized, and self-starter mentality.

- Ability to problem-solve and think quickly on the go.

- Ability to practice discretion and maintain a customer service-centric mindset.

- Strong communication skills and command of the English language.

- High-level proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular) is required.
