<p><strong>Step into stability! Become a Subject Matter Expert supporting franchisees—no late-night emergencies, just balanced routines and impactful work.</strong></p><p>Agilus is recruiting for a <strong>Project Manager </strong>in the <strong>Restoration and Remediation Services sector</strong> in <strong>Mississauga, Ontario.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee field operations across local offices in Canada, ensuring alignment with industry standards for quality, estimating, and timelines, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service consistency.</li><li>Collaborate with adjusters, reviewers, and internal teams to maintain high-quality service delivery, leveraging best practices and streamlined communication.</li><li>Track and report key performance metrics, goals, and opportunities to the Director of Operations & Compliance, using data to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Deliver project management training and support the execution of key strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Establish and monitor project milestones, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication with leadership and field teams.</li><li>Support and train field staff, promoting the use of current technologies, industry software, and continuous improvement processes across all locations.</li><li>Partner with leadership to integrate operational and administrative support into broader organizational goals, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies.</li><li>Participate in meetings, special projects, and regional integration efforts, maintaining high ethical standards and being available for travel across Canada (up to 25%).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You bring:</strong></p><ul><li>5-7 years of work experience in the Construction/Restoration industry</li><li>Bachelor's degree, or a combination of relatable education and experience</li><li>2-4 years working in a Business Management role that includes managing a team</li><li>A strong restoration background is essential — you'll be teaching, guiding, and supporting others in the field.</li><li>Must have experience quoting medium to large-scale restoration projects, with a strong understanding of scopes, costs, and timelines.</li><li>Must be comfortable reading and understanding insurance codes to ensure accurate project quoting and compliance.</li><li>Project Management certification strongly preferred, and/or prior experience leading business process optimization initiatives</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and industry-specific software such as Xactimate, Symbility, and XactAnalysis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What's in it for you:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary based on experience</li><li>Paid vacation allotment</li><li>Comprehensive benefits plan</li><li>Impactful Work: Make a difference in communities by helping people during critical moments.</li><li>Work with a well-established leader in property restoration.</li><li>Company-provided vehicle</li><li>This position allows you to transition into a more stable, balanced routine as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting franchisees without the stress of late-night emergencies.</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
